POMCO Announces Jessica Murphy as Client Services Account Executive

POMCO, one of the nation’s largest benefits administrators, has announced that it has promoted Jessica Murphy to the position of client services account executive. Prior to her promotion Murphy held the position of TPA claims supervisor and has over twelve years of third party benefits administration experience. In her new position she will work towards providing and promoting strong service and high satisfaction levels for POMCO’s clients.

Jessica has proven that she is committed to ensuring that POMCO meets the needs of our clients.”

Murphy plans to draw from her twelve years of third party benefits administration experience and her most recent role as a claims supervisor to lead her in her new role.

“I am excited to utilize what I have learned in my previous role and apply that knowledge to my new position at POMCO,” said Murphy. “I am looking forward to adding value to our clients’ businesses while working to maintain strong relationships through exceptional customer relations.”

Murphy earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Management and Human Resource Management from Columbia College. In addition, she has obtained her New York State Independent Adjustors License and her New York State Life, Accident and Health License.
