POMCO, one of the nation’s largest benefits administrators, has announced that it has hired Jeannette Flowers for the position of Director of Account Management, Client Services. Flowers will be responsible for managing and supporting POMCO’s account executives nationally to deliver on POMCO’s commitment to service excellence.
Flowers comes to POMCO with over 30 years of health care and employee benefits experience and an extensive background in account management and client services. She also brings excellent TPA knowledge to her new position at POMCO. Prior to joining POMCO, she served as the VP of Marketing and Product Development, as well as the Director of Client Services at Lifetime Benefit Solutions. Flowers has spent most of her career in Central NY and is active with both Leadership Greater Syracuse and the CNY Association of Health Underwriters.

Flowers serves as vice-chair of the Leadership Greater Syracuse board of directors, as well as the chair of the Revenue and Fundraising Committee. She also services as the co-chair of membership for GCNYAHU and as Region 1 membership for NAHU. She holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administratration, NYS Life Accident and Health agent and brokers licenses and is a notary public.
